systemctl报错

System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can’t operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down

在 WSL 里使用 systemctl 命令出错

没有使用 systemd 启动，所以，使用 service代替

需要使用 service 命令代替
